Another Stellar, Free Sunday Afternoon Concert at 16th Street’s Church of the Holy City

Dupont East’s Church of the Holy City’s Sunday afternoon “Music with the Angels” series concert on March 25, 2012 featured pianist and composer Matthew Griswold presenting works by Chopin, Scriabin, Gershwin, and Brahms, as well as one of his own, in an enthusiastically received performance. Concert appearances and competitions as well as debuting his own original compositions have taken Griswold to the Music Fest in Perugia and to the Spoleto Music Festival in Italy, other European cities and across the U.S. In June, he will be making his third appearance with the South Carolina Philharmonic, this time performing Bach’s concerto for four keyboards.
