Dupont Circle ANC Meeting Set for Aug. 10

The Dupont Circle ANC will be holding its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, starting at 7 p.m. at the Brookings Institution (1775 Mass. Ave., NW). Among the announced agenda items will be consideration of a request for support by project architect Eric Colbert of plans for a rental apartment building to be constructed on the First Baptist Church’s parking lot at 17th & Q Streets. As reported in this space on July 24th the Dupont Conservancy had unanimously approved the project at its July meeting. The agenda will also include, among others, reports on the status of an application for sidewalk cafés on the northwest corner of 14th and T Streets; Pasha Lounge ABC tavern license renewal.
