Proposed Easing of Zoning Law’s Parking Requirements to be Discussed at Citizens Association Meeting

Thu., Jan. 17 (7pm): The Kalorama Citizens Association (KCA) will be holding its monthly meeting at Good Will Baptist Church (1862 Kalorama Rd. – to enter, go up the main front steps and bear right to the rear side door). The agenda will include a discussion of the Office of Planning’s Zoning Re-Write Review, and in particular the question of “parking minimums,” by which the planning office (OP) is seeking to reduce for new construction and certain other processes.
