Washington Concert Opera to Present Early Verdi Work in Concert Format

Sun., Sep. 22 (6pm): I masnadieri, Verdi’s tragic opera of love, deceit, loss, greed, and lust will be performed at Lisner Auditorium (21st & H Sts., NW). The performance will be preceded by a lecture at 5pm. Featured will be American tenor Russell Thomas as Carlo. All will be joined by a stunning supporting cast of Rolando Sanz, Soloman Howard and José Sacin.

Single tickets, which will be mailed but held at the “will call” window for pickup on the evening of the performance, range in price from $40 to $110. To purchase, call (202) 364-5826 or order on-line at http://tinyurl.com/nx53kt8.
